PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING ENTRY FORM:   Below is the entry form for the Waco Texas Futurity. Please fill out the form completely and then click the submit button. You will then see a message that your entry form was successfully submitted. A copy of your entry form will be automatically sent to the email indicated on the form.

 

If you would prefer to use a downloadable and printable entry form to email, please click on the link at the bottom of this page to open a downloadable and printable entry form and save the form to you computer. You can then fill out the form, print then email. The form can be emailed or mailed to Waco Texas Futurity, LLC, 3326 Briargrove Lane, San Angelo, TX 76904. Emailed to info@wacotexasfuturity.com.

 

Make sure to enter the correct classes and feel free to email us or call Kim Cox at (325) 277-5330 with any questions. Please do not mail entries after October 20th. A confirmation list will be posted on our website so be sure to check that you are entered in the correct classes on that list. It will be updated every few days.

 

**PLEASE NOTE:**

• A rider may show unlimited horses in Open LAE classes.

• A check must be received before entry will be complete. A copy of horse registration papers must be submitted with entry.  Also, NCHA membership card for owner and rider also required for entry to be complete.
